In accordance with applicable provisions of the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant business rules, INE hereby decides:

Ⅰ.Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. is approved to cancel the following storage locations for TSR 20, Low Sulfur Fuel Oil, and Crude Oil futures, with the specific addresses as follows:

1. TSR 20 futures: No. 18 (A), Weisi Road, Qianwan Free Trade Port Zone, Qingdao, Shandong Province; No.7, Yuewan Road, Qianwan Free Trade Port Zone, Qingdao, Shandong Province; and Goutou Road, LongKou Economic Development Zone, Yantai, Shandong Province.

2. Low-sulfur fuel oil futures: Liquid Chemical Wharf of Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Wharf Co., Ltd., north of Liaohe Road, Huangdao sub district office, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong Province.

3. Crude oil futures: Phase I Storage Area of Dongjiakou, Qingdao, Shandong Province.

Ⅱ.As of the date of this Announcement, the above-mentioned storage locations of Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. will no longer conduct any delivery business of INE.

Ⅲ. As the group delivery center for TSR 20, low sulfur fuel oil, and crude oil futures, Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. shall continue to conduct group delivery operations in accordance with the relevant rules.
