Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has received the application documents submitted by JCC Hongyuan Copper CO., LTD. In accordance with the Registration Rules for Deliverable Commodities of Bonded Copper Futures and other relevant provisions, we hereby decide upon review:

1. to approve the registration of “Jiangtong” Brand Grade A Copper (Permanent Cathode‑I) by JCC Hongyuan Copper CO., LTD. with INE. The registered production capacity is 100,000 metric tons, subject to the standard price.

2. effective from the date of this Circular, the aforesaid product may be used for the delivery of cathode copper futures contracts traded on INE.
